PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire inspection system, when conveying a tire by a belt conveyer, capable of conveying the tire to a right position and appropriately fixing it.SOLUTION: A tire inspection system includes: a conveyance body 22 that is movable in the vertical direction and conveys a tire T in a transversely placed state; and a fixing mechanisms that includes an upper rim 65 to be closely fitted to an upper bead part 71, a lower rim 66 to be closely fitted to a lower bead part 71, a rotatable upper rim shaft 67 to which the upper rim 65 is fitted, and a rotatable lower rim shaft 68 to which the lower rim 66 is fitted, and that fixes the tire T by clamping it from the top/bottom. The upper rim 65 is lowered until the upper rim 65 is closely fitted to an outside surface of the upper bead part 71 of the tire T having been conveyed by the conveyance body 22. Then, the conveyance body 22 is lowered, simultaneously therewith, the upper rim 65 is lowered to deliver the tire T to the lower rim 66, and the tire T is fixed by the upper rim 65 and the lower rim 66.
