<p>Immersed spray or drop-forming equipment for effluent treatment plants having at least one immersed drop-forming body of known type comprising a number of circular plates immersed to about half their diameter in a tank, separated from each other by distance pieces integral with each plate and mounted coaxially on a drive shaft supported on at least two bearings, the special feature of the equipment being that each plate is composed of several sectors fixed to radial spokes or struts sitting on the shaft, and are combined into stacks of plates by bolts penetrating through thickened spacer bosses.</p> |
