PURPOSE:Aminoketone derivatives of formula I are new: [where A is alkylene ; W is a group represented by the formula -N(R<2>)(R<3>)(R<2> is H or alkyl ; R<3> is acyl), a group represented by the formula -OR<4> (R<4> is H or alkyl, etc.), a group represented by the formula -NHR<2> or hydroxy, etc.; R<1> is H or alkyl ; X is H, halogen or alkyl ; R<5> and R<6> are H, alkyl ; aralkyl, 1-pyrrolidienyl, piperidino, morpholino or pyridyl, etc.], in an example, 4'-(2-acetamidoethyl)-2-piperidinoacetophenone.
