PURPOSE:To contrive to suppress the deterioration of resin material and consequently to lengthen the service life of a sealed part by a method wherein molding processes of a resin sealed part are proceeded in gaseous atmosphere of nitrogen or the mixture or combination of nitrogen and hydrogen. CONSTITUTION:Among molding processes of a resin sealed part, firstly in the preheating process 11 of resin, resin material such as epoxy-novolak resin filled with 70% fused silica as filler is preheated in gaseous atmosphere containing oxygen-free nitrogen such as nitrogen gas, mixed or combined gases of nitrogen and hydrogen or the like, at a maximum temperature of about 100 deg.C in order to combine nitrogen with the resin material. Secondly, in the molding process 12, the preheated resin material is heated in gaseous atmosphere containing oxygen-free nitrogen such as nitrogen gas, mixed or combined gas of nitrogen and hydrogen or the like, so as to pour the resin material in order to seal the part by resin. |
