PURPOSE:To facilitate the drafting even when a rich amount of magnetic powder with a low fluidity is mixed by increasing a stress concentration coefficient of gate and by using a metal mold having the ratio of a forming cavity cubic volume and a gate cross section within the range between 0.0015 and 0.2. CONSTITUTION:The ratio A/V of the cubic volume V of the forming cavity making a formed substance 3 and the cross section A (diameter d) of a gate section is within the range of 0.0015-0.2, and a metal mold, having 10 deg. and up of taper theta at the portion from the runner section 2-2 to the gate section 2-3, is used. And the fused mixture of ferromagnetic magnet powder and resin are injected from the nozzle point 1, filled in the forming cavity through the sprue 2-1, the runner 2-2 and the gate section 2-3 and are cooled and solidified by applying a magnetic field, thereby forming an anisotropic resin magnet. Then the metal mold is removed, and the formed substance 3, the sprue 2-1, the runner 2-2 and the gate section 2-3 are taken out separately. |
