PURPOSE:To enable the high-precise measurement of a dynamic characteristic of a motor, by a method wherein a motor shaft torque is detected by means of a strain gauge, and a brake part is formed into a full circumference type eddy current system. CONSTITUTION:A motor characteristic measuring device consists of the following parts; a torque detecting part in which a semiconductor 21 is sticked to a side of a base material 25; a rotation speed detecting part that consists of a thin disc 34 in which fine slits are formed in a circumferential direction at equal intervals and of a plural number of luminous, light-receiving detecting elements 29, and a full circumference type 3 phase eddy current motor part 31 provided with an aluminum cap- shaped rotor 30. With a motor 22 to be measured running, a reaction force of a shaft output torque is exerted upon a stator side. This causes producing of strain of the base material 25 of the torque detecting part. The strain amount is detected by means of a semiconductor gauge 21, and a torque indicator 52 indicates it as a torque. A brake torque to a motor shaft is applied from the eddy current motor part 31. An optical detecting element 29 detects the rotation speed, and an speed indicator 57 indicates it. |
