<p>PURPOSE:To repair a heat transmission pipe with strong airtightness and excellent corrosion resistance, by interposing a low hardness material between the pipe and a cylindrical sleeve and expanding the cylindrical sleeve. CONSTITUTION:When a heat transmission pipe 2 is not usable due to a defect 4 generated in the heat trasmission pipe 2 of the part in a pipe plate 1, to inner surfaces of the heat transmission pipe to be repaired and external surfaces of the pipe plate 1 or a cylindrical sleeve 3 a low hardness material 7 of Ni, Ag, Au, Cu or their alloy is allowed to adhere by the method of plating, flame spraying, padding and the like. And then the cylindrical sleeve 3 having an annular protrusion 6 is inserted into the heat transmission pipe 2 and expanded to perform repair. The low hardness material is always applied compression force between the heat transmission pipe 2 and the cylindrical sleeve 3 to improve a sealing effect with action of the annular protrusion 6.</p> |
