The cutter disc has several blades, which extend from the hub towards the circumference, and have cutting edges projecting over one side of the disc. The blades are located along straight lines. They extend at an angle of between 40 and 70 deg. relative to the radius, e.g. an angle of 55 deg. Along the outside of the cutter disc, additional shorter blades are positioned between neighbouring long blades. The rear of the disc has long recesses, which accommodate the blades. The recess fronts have open slots, to permit passage of the blades.
