The open ended slide clasp fastener is fixed to knitted garments and has a pair of tapes with holes to receive the thread for sewing it to the garment. At its base there is a stop that can be separated. This has a case with a pin projecting from it, fixed to one of the tapes and a fastening pin, fixed to the other. A pair of reinforcing bands are fitted near these and each has holes for the thread, corresponding to those in the tape. |
