PURPOSE:To obtain a pressed powder easily peelable after molding and portable after peeling, by placing an good extensible sheet material between a female mold having a perforated molding hole and a filling guide mold, and compressing and caking a powdery cosmetic containing an adhesive added thereto. CONSTITUTION:A highly extensible sheet material 8 having 0.05-0.10mm. thickness is placed between a male mold 3 having a perforated molding hole 2 and a rising and lowering filling guide mold 5 having a filling guide hole 4 at a position in alignment with the molding hole 2, and a powdery cosmetic containing an adhesive added thereto is filled in the filling guide mold 5 and compressed with a molding punch 7 to extend and deform the sheet material 8 following the molding hole 2 and compress and cake the powdery cosmetic 6. The filling guide mold 5 is then raised, and the excess part of the sheet material 8 is pulled up and peeled from the mold 1. |
