CONSTITUTION:Conventional raw materials for sauce, e.g. sugar, soy, MIRIN (sweet sake used as seasoning), MISO (fermented bean paste), seasonings, spices, etc. is added with vitamins such as vitamin C, vitamin E, their derivatives, etc., phosphoric acid salts such as sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, etc., citric acid, and glycine.
