PURPOSE:The titled adhesive, obtained by dispersing electrically conductive particles in an insulating curable polyester based urethane adhesive containing masked isocyanate as a curing agent without increasing electric conduction resistance and reduction of adhesive strength even at high temperatures under high humidities. CONSTITUTION:An anisotropic electrically conductive adhesive obtained by incorporating a polyester compound, e.g. a condensate of a dicarboxylic acid such as adipic acid with a polyol such as ethylene glycol, with a polyfunctional isocyanate compound, e.g. tolylene diisocyanate, masked with phenol, etc. as a curing agent, and electrically conductive particles, e.g. gold. EFFECT:Long pot life and little change with time in storage. |
