The device of the present invention is characterised in that it comprises a guide member 1 made of a supple and flexible material and attached in a removable manner to the outside of the base of the cup 2, the latter having a frustoconical shape open through its base which has a larger diameter; the said guide member 1 constituting a means for passage of at least one catheter.
