Washing and spin drying system - with external measuring and recycling container, used for drum type washing machine

A domestic washing machine has a drum (1) but no suds container. It has instead a separate measuring and recycling container (14) in which the washing and rinsing media (17) are mixed with fresh water (16). The washing process begins with a precleaning and measuring phase, when the suds (25) are passed by a pump (13) in the drum (1) and after a certain action time at washing drum speed the suds are pumped back in the container (14). The washing is dewatered at 80-250 rev/min. A pressure sensor (18) determines the difference in the amount of suds in the container (14). This difference is used to establish the water and washing agent needs for the main wash and for the number of rinsing stages. ADVANTAGE - Minimises the consumption of water,energy and washing agents and produces excellent results in a short time.
