Autoradiographic siver halide emulsion and the use thereof in the detection of radioactivity in biological material

A silver-halide emulsion which contains (a) at least 90 mol % of silver bromide and (b) at least 250 g of silver halide/kg of emulsion and has (c)a gelatine:silver halide weight ratio of at most 0.2, is suitable for the detection of radioactivity in biological material, in particular in the case of in-situ hybridisation.
