The memory (14) is arranged in street orientated segments with defined traffic sections, the digital signals defining a given section and the traffic direction. The provided information indicates the beginning and end of the segment and the beginning and end of the traffic section. Pref. the digital signals define a particular street for addressing a corresponding memory location.
