PURPOSE:To provide the title equipment intended to carry fish-paste products while heating, designed to carry a fish-paste product while holding it with water- penetrable films moving synchronously with carrying electrodes and by feeding the films with water. CONSTITUTION:A ribbon-like fish-paste material delivered from a fish-paste extruder 9 is carried while holding it, through water-penetrable films 13a, 31 with electrode belts 15, 15a. The films 13a, 31 are fed with water in water feed tanks 37a, 37, respectively, and the fish-paste material is heated through the voltage supplied to both the electrodes. With the present method, the resulting fish-paste product will not adhere to the electrodes, thus being finished favorably. |
