<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to avoid the complexity of a weight increase or assembly work by providing a projection adjacent to the upper surface of a latch to a claw lever, and preventing the engagement of the latch with the claw lever from coming off. CONSTITUTION:A latch 6 pivoted on the surface of a base 4 so that it is capable of turning and engaged with a striker 1 is provided. A claw lever 13 pivoted on the surface of the base 4 so that it is capable of turning and engaged with the latch 6 is provided to maintain the engagement of the latch 6 with the striker 1, and a trunk-lid lock device is formed. In the vicinity of the engagement of the latch 6 with the claw lever 13 in the constitution, a projection 17 adjacent to the upper surface of the latch 6 is provided to the claw lever 13. The slippage of the latch 6 in the direction of the thick plate is prevented by the projection 17 and base 4.</p> |
