Holder for cigarette lighter - enables lighter to be used to ignite gas burner

A gas fuelled cigarette lighter is fitted in a holder to enable the lighter to be used for igniting the burners of a gas cooker. The holder (1) has a longitudinal slot (2) to receive the lighter (3) which is held in place by a cover (13). A lever (11), pivoted in the handle (14), enables the lighter to be pressed forwards to actuate its ignition mechanism. The holder has an opening at the end opposite to the handle for the lighter flame. The fingers of the person using the device are thus in no danger of being burnt by the gas burner as it is ignited. USE/ADVANTAGE - The holder enables a cigarette lighter to be used to ignite a gas burner without risk of burning the user's fingers.
