MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR WOOD SUBSTITUTE ARTICLE USING CRUSHED MATERIAL OF WASTE FURNITURE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a wood substitute article is provided to crush a waste furniture and to mix with a high-molecule resin for promoting recycling of the waste furniture and substituting import of wood. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a wood substitute article using a crushed material of a waste furniture comprises the following steps of: adding 50¯60 % of a medium density fiberboard, a particle board, a plywood, and a material wood crushed into saw dust to the crushed material of the waste furniture for reinforcing the wood; adding 1¯4 % of maleic anhydride and 5¯15 % of dicumyl peroxide to the crushed material of the waste furniture; and mixing 50¯40 wt% of LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, and recycled agricultural resin.
