PURPOSE:To always open an exhaust change-over valve in preference to an intake change-over valve even if elecromagnetic valves to control actuators for the exhaust change-over valve and the intake change-over valve are kept opened by failures or the like of an electronic control device. CONSTITUTION:The drive characteristic of an actuator 16 connected to an exhaust change-over valve 17 is adapted to differ from that of an actuator 11 connected to an intake change-over valve 18 so that the exhaust change-over 17 is always opened in preference to the intake change-over valve 18. |
