<p>PURPOSE:To prevent multiple sheet feed easily and completely when one sheet feed part accidentally works during sheet feed from the other sheet feed part in a sheet feeder carrying device which carries sheets from plural independent sheet feed parts through a common carrying passage. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a link roller 120 which is constituted from three rollers 121, 122, 123 at a sheet feed passage 106 from a body sheet feed part 101 and a sheet feed passage 114 from a manual sheet feed part 115. Besides, the sheet which is fed manually is stopped by rotating the driving roller 121 of the link roller 120 in one direction during sheet feed from the body, and the sheet which is fed from the body is stopped by rotating the driven roller 121 in the other direction during manual sheet feed to carry only the first sheet to a carrying passage 108 even when the sheet is double-fed from both the sheet feed part by an accident, thus preventing multiple sheet feed.</p> |
