<p>PURPOSE:To provide a vehicle power supply system which assures necessary power with a small-capacity generator and is totally designed in small size and light weight. CONSTITUTION:A 3-phase AC generator 20, which is driven at a constant number of rotations with a generator constant speed driving apparatus, is provided, the 3-phase AC output is converted to a DC low voltage output by an AC/DC converter 30 and this output is supplied to a secondary battery 40 in the low voltage side and a load 60 in the low voltage side. A DC rated voltage output of the generator is supplied to a load 50 in the high voltage side and a secondary battery 70 in the high voltage side. The generator constant speed driving apparatus 1 is composed of a hydraulic pump 11 having a constant discharge characteristic and a hydraulic motor 12 which is driven by hydraulic pressure. Thereby, the generator 20 supplies constant and stable output power without relation to the number of rotations of engine. Fluctuation of voltage is kept small and frequency is kept constant. Moreover, the generator and AC/DC converter can be designed in small and light weight.</p> |
