PURPOSE:To provide a waveguide with a filter capable of manufacturing without being restricted severely by waveguide parameter control. CONSTITUTION:This waveguide with a filter is provided with a first waveguide group A consisting of plural pieces of waveguides 11-15 arranged in parallel at an equal interval (p), a second waveguide group B consisting of the same pieces of waveguides 21-25 as the first waveguide group A, and respective waveguides 21-25 are arranged in parallel at the same interval (p) as the interval between the waveguides of the first waveguide group A, and intersecting with the waveguides 11-15 of the first waveguide group A at a prescribed angle theta, a slit groove 4 cut on a streight line linking among all crossings 31-35 between the waveguides 11-15 of the first waveguide group A and the waveguides 21-25 of the second waveguide group B, and a filter 5 embedded in the slit groove 4. Then, since an optimum blanching ratio is obtained by varying a ratio of transmissivity/reflectance in the filter 5, necessity for controlling severely a waveguide parameter at a manufacturing time is eliminated. |
