摘要 The load sensor is used for the stationary sensing of uniform loads which are moved by external influences such as, for example, expansion through temperature change or controlled level changes for height compensation at processing machines and transport equipment. The problem of the invention consists in creating a load sensor with force-compensating curve guidance of a spring, which load sensor has small dimensions and a low weight, a large load-dependent adjusting range as well as low friction losses and thus high functional reliability. According to the invention, the problem is solved by virtue of the fact that a spring (3) located in the load-sensor housing (2) is loaded via a balance-beam-like stirrup (10) and by means of guide-curve parts (5), circular-segment parts (7) and lever rails (6), and supporting elements (8) arranged in pairs in mirror image relative to the spring (3), the sliding piece (4) conveniently being designed as a roller spindle with several rollers. The advantages of the load sensor according to the invention consist in the fact that small dimensions of the load sensor, in particular in overall height, are realised by the conversion of the linear load displacement into a rotary movement by means of the circular-segment part as well as by the action of force, defined by means of the curved path, of the spring on the lever rail. The symmetrical design of the load sensor according to the invention, as a result of a favourable load distribution, also permits a dead-weight reduction of about 50% as against comparable ...
