PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe prefilled syringe which can be prevented from being contaminated with bacteria, etc., by a structure wherein suction operation of the prefilled syringe can not be performed by separating a gasket and a press member each other. SOLUTION: A shape of a prefilled syringe is constituted by a structure wherein a gasket 3a and a press member 4a are separated from each other and when the prefilled syringe is used, an injection can be performed by pushing the gasket 3a for sealing a medicine in the prefilled syringe by means of a press member 4a and after the injection is completed, an arrowhead projection 41 of the apex part of the press member 4a is inserted into a recessed part of the gasket by pushing strongly the press member 4a into the gasket 3a to connect the press member 4a with the gasket 3a and the gasket 3a can be pulled out thereby from the syringe 2. |
