PURPOSE:To provide an air conditioning apparatus in which air conditioning of a large space can be economically managed by controlling an air flow rate and a pressure of refrigerant. CONSTITUTION:Air conditioners 1 are respectively installed in zones, and regulated airs are guided to indoor variable air volume units 7 of blocks from the conditioners 1 via a single air supply duct. Temperature regulations of the respective blocks are sensed at temperatures of the airs in a room by a temperature sensors 9, and conducted by switching dampers. Supply of refrigerant to the conditioners 1 of the respective zones is controlled by an electronic expansion valve according to a diffused air temperature, and a heat source unit 10 is controlled at its capacity by a pressure detector 12 contained therein.
