PURPOSE:To reduce cost and enhance interface performance by joining the whole constituting materials by sintering, forming films of a solid electrolyte material and an air electrode material with slurry, and forming the film of the solid electrolyte material slurry by immersion coating. CONSTITUTION:By joining a fuel electrode pipe 1, an insulating intermediate material 2, an interconnector pipe 3, and a conductive intermediate material 4 by sintering, yield is increased to 100%, and cost of a constitution material is reduced since a base pipe, which is used in a thermal spray process, is not used. By forming the films of the solid electrolyte material and the air electrode material with slurry, reaction area at the interface is increased to enhance the performance of an electrode. By forming the film of the solid electrolyte material slurry by immersion coating, a thinner, denser film than that formed in a thermal spray process is obtained, the resistance of the solid electrolyte is decreased, and the performance of an electrolytic cell is enhanced. |
