<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the distance between an irradiation means and an application means preventing an applied photocuring liquid from being cured by light from the irradiation means by arranging the irradiation means and the second transfer means at lower positions compared with the application means and the first transfer means. CONSTITUTION:A certificate manufacturing apparatus 6 is composed of a printing card hopper 40, a Y, M, C three-color thermosensible sublimation printing part 41, a black character melting transfer printing part 42, a light resistance improving protective film transfer part 43, a surface protection film application part 2, a surface protection film curing part 11, a stacker 48, a discharge belt 47, etc. The surface protection film curing part 11 and the second belt conveyer 12 are arranged at lower positions compared with the surface protection film application part 2 and the first belt conveyer 1, and the vertical distance between them is set up so that ultraviolet rays from the ultraviolet lamp 13 of the surface protection film application part 2 are prevented from reaching the surface protection film curing part 11 by a reflection cover 15 for cutting off ultra violet rays.</p> |
