PURPOSE:To stably support a mirror with the optimum supporting force by providing a load cell inside a hole in the rear of a mirror and making the force detecting direction of the load cell always coincident with the direction of the mirror axis of the mirror. CONSTITUTION:The load cell 3 is provided inside the hole provided in the back of the mirror 1 and a 1st slide mechanism 4 which is joined to the load cell 3 and guided in the straight direction is provided. Then one end section of a supporting rod 7 equipped with a 2nd universal coupling 6 is rotatably coupled with a 1st universal coupling provided to the 1st slide mechanism and a counter weight 11 is fitted to the other end of the supporting rod 7. In addition, a 2nd slide mechanism 8 is rotatably coupled with the 2nd universal coupling 6 in a state where the 2nd slide mechanism 8 can advance into a mirror cell 2. Then the 2nd slide mechanism 8 is pushed or pulled through a spring 9 by means of a feed mechanism 10 in accordance with the detecting output of the load cell 3. Therefore, the optimum supporting force can be given to the mirror 1. |
