PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the coming-out preventing structure of a shutter shaft capable of reducing the number of parts and the number of assembling processes. SOLUTION: The shutter shaft 35 is put through to the shaft holes 32, 37 of a canister 11 and the axial hole 33 of a shutter 15 from behind. The front tip 35A of the shaft 35 and the hole 33 on this side of the shutter 15 are non- circular cross sections. The stutter 15 is integrally supported with the shaft 35 in the state of being capable of swinging a tea leaf feeding port 14 and energized in a closing direction by an energizing spring. On the rear end side of the shaft 35, a follower part 36 bent at a right angle is formed to be engaged with the peripheral surface of a first cam 55 to be rotated and driven and the shutter 15 is opened against energizing force by the rotation of the first cam 55. On the rear face side of the first cam 55, a flange 56 to be a stopper is integrally formed to regulate the coming out of the shaft 35 backward by butting the part 36.
