PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a preliminary compression to be smoothly performed in the entire axial direction of a rubber elastomer by arranging a rubber intermediate die as an injection molding die, and compressing the rubber elastomer with an ensuing elastic deformation generated by the injection pressure of a molten resin. SOLUTION: The outer peripheral face of an intermediate die 6 is formed on a plane flush with the outer peripheral face of a rubber elastomer 2, and only this plane is faced to a cavity 5a. In the center of the outer lateral face of the intermediate die 67 a slotted part 6a with an equivalent volume to the deformation volume of the intermediate die 6 when compressed is formed. Under this state, a molten resin is injected, at a specified pressure, into the cavity 5a of an injection molding die 5. Consequently, the cavity 5a is fully filled with the molten resin A and the injection pressure acts on the outer peripheral face of the rubber elastomer 2 and the outer peripheral face of the intermediate die 6. In turn, the rubber elastomer 2 is elastically deformed together with the rubber intermediate die 5 and is compressed into the axial core direction. |
