Electrical steering wheel heating element

An electrical steering wheel heating element consists of a flat band-shaped material, which is electrically conducting and which can be applied to steering wheels. The element consists of a straight middle section (1), a prim. side region with at least one curved segment and a sec. side region with at least one curved segment. After assembly, the middle region (1) covers the outer circumference of the steering wheel crown (20). The prim. side region covers one side of the crown (20) while the secondary side region covers the other side of the crown. The material preferably contains polypyrrole.
