Producing a galvanically formed shell (11) with pores (12) comprises: (a) preparation of a mould core (5) with an electrically conductive surface (6); (b) formation of a poreless layer (7) on the surface (6) in a galvanizing solution containing a substantial proportion of a surface-active material to produce the front face of the shell; (c) removal of the core (5) and the layer (7) from the solution, and production of small straight pores (8) with constant diameters; and (d) formation of a second layer (9) in a galvanic solution containing less than a substantial proportion of a surface-active substance, to produce the shell rear face containing deposition-free hollows (10) which have increasing diameters and are extensions to pores (8).
