COMPOSITE FIBROUS MATERIAL FOR SPRING MATTRESSES AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THEREOF

The invented composite fibrous material consists of perpendicularly laid layer (1) made by perpendicular laying of fibrous web, further a reinforcing polymeric grating (2) and base fabric (3) being all interconnected by thermoplastic adhesive (4). The composite material is produced by perpendicular laying of fibrous web onto a screen conveyor of a hot-air drying chamber at simultaneous supply of the polymeric grating (2), a thermoplastic adhesive (4) in the form of a flat formation and the base fabric (3) onto this conveyor underneath the perpendicularly laid fibrous layer (1). By passage through the chamber all the components are interconnected in a single composite formation.
