Dilution of odour bearing air with fresh air to reduce perceived odour emissions

A new equipment reduces the perceived odour of waste air emissions. In the new device, a casing (1) is connected to the waste air duct (4) outlet. This has a swirl chamber (2) with an air outlet (6). This contains an extractor fan (5). The waste air duct discharges into one side, a fresh air supply (3) into the other. Preferably connections for waste air duct and fresh air supply are on opposite sides of the casing. The casing is sound insulated, and there is a water and/or fat separator inside it.
