<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain necessary information without connecting a signal line between electronic equipment and a charging device. SOLUTION: A battery pack 40 has a data computational means 42 for obtaining the voltage, charge/discharge current, and the integrated value of the current of charge/discharge of the battery cell 41, a memory 43 for storing the specified information, and a communication means (a communication interface 45 and a communication terminal 46). A battery system consists of electronic equipment 50a having a communication means (a communication interface 54 and a communication terminal 55) for communicating with the battery pack 40, and a read-write means (a microcomputer) 52a for writing or reading the specified information of an electronic equipment main body 51 in or out the memory 43 of the battery pack 40, and a charging device for charging the battery cell 41, and having a communicating means for communicating with the battery pack 40, and a means (a microcomputer) for writing or reading the information on charging in or out the memory 43 of the battery pack 40, and obtains information of the battery pack 40, the electronic equipment 50, and necessary for data computation performed in the charging device through the memory 43 of the battery pack 40.</p> |
