<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it difficult to cause the wear and degradation of a ring etc., for sealing by forming a sealed part projecting from an end plate surface in an offset manner from a center of an end plate, and preventing rotation of a plug in a caliper fitted condition to prevent the oil from leaking out of a gap between a plug and a body. SOLUTION: A plug 34 is inserted inward from an inner opening of a cylinder hole, and fitted to an opening part 24, and the plug 34 is integratedly provided with a circular end plate 36 whose diameter is agreed with the inside diameter of the cylinder hole and a plugged part 34 whose diameter is agreed with the inside diameter of the opening part 24 so as to form a cylinder bottom part. A fitting groove 42 of an O-ring for sealing is formed between the plugged part 38 and an inner circumferential surface of the opening part 24. The end plate 36 of the plug 24 and the plugged part 38 are mounted on a caliper body 12 with the center of a large diameter part of the end plate deviated from the center of a small diameter part of the sealed part to prevent rotation of the plug 34. the leakage of a braking oil from the gap between an outer surface of the end plate 36 and the body 12 is prevented, the wear of a sealing member is suppressed, and the service of maintenance parts can be increased.</p> |
