<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and facilitate polishing of a bare wire, by forming wire through hole at the end of a hollow cylinder main body in which steel pins are planted on the inner peripheral wall surface, installing a support shaft on the base end surface, inserting a bare end of a lead wire in the through hole, and rotating the main body. SOLUTION: A wire through hole 2 is formed in the central part of the tip end surface of a hollow cylinder main body 1. A closed wall 1a to which a support shaft 7 is fixed is formed on the base end surface of the main body 1. A lot of steel pins 3 are planted on the inner peripheral wall surface 1b of the main body 1, toward the center line of the main body 1. A space which has an almost circular section and is continuous to the through hole 2 is formed, and tips of the steel pins 3 are made on a brush surface. The support shaft 7 fixed on the base end surface of the main body 1 is engaged with a shaft hole 8 of an electric driver D. The bare wire part of the lead wire W is inserted in the through hole 2 of the tip end surface. The surface of the bare wire is scrubbed and polished with the rotating brush surface. As a result, an oxide film and deposit of fats and oils or the like on the bare wire surface of a twisted wire are completely eliminated in a short time, and electric contact is improved.</p> |
