PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handleability by making a receiver and a microphone attachable to/detachable from a main body and using the main body and a speech part consisting of the receiver and the microphone for radio transmission/ reception. SOLUTION: A voice part 2' is normally incorporated in a mobile radio equipment main body 1'. The equipment can be used as it is with the main body 1' in one's hand. It is also possible to use it with the part 2' removed from the main body 1'. At the time of inputting voice to the microphone 13 of the part 2', a control part 10 scrambles the voice. Scrambled transmittable voice data is sent to a transmission and reception part 9, which sends voice data to the main body 1'. The main body 1' receives data transmitted from the part 2' by a transmission/reception part 5. Received voice data is descrambled by a control part 6 and coded by a radio function part 7 to be transmitted to a base station.
