摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the strong and stable rotating body holding torque with a simple structure for a long time by fitting a tapered shaft of a shaft parts in a tapered hole in the rotating body, pressing the rotating body by an elastic claw of a fixed parts at the tip of the tapered shaft, and forming the rotating body and the shaft parts of material of different coefficient of abrasion. SOLUTION: A tapered shaft 12a of a shaft parts 12 is tight fitted to a tapered hole 11a in a rotating body 11 of dissimilar material. The rotating body 11 is pressed from the tip of the tapered shaft 12a to its root direction by the pressure of the elastic claw 13a of a fixed parts 13 in the beginning of the use, the holding torque is kept in a stable condition by the contact resistance. The material of larger coefficient of abrasion is changed during the use for a long time, and the load in the rotational direction of the rotating body 11 is reduced. The rotating body 11 is moved from the tip of the tapered shaft 12a to its root direction by constantly applying the force in the direction of an arrow (g) to the rotating body 11 by the elastic claw 13a. Thus, the fitting force between the rotating body 11 and the shaft parts 12 is kept constant, and the holding torque in the rotational direction of the rotating body 11 can be kept constant.</p>
