<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which generates and manages actual result information based upon past schedules, etc., that users generated and properly supports the users according to the actual result information. SOLUTION: A position detection part 1 which detects the position of a vehicle 1, a schedule generation part 4 which inputs necessary information and generates a travel schedule at a user's request, a vehicle transmission part 7 which sends the vehicle position and travel schedule are mounted on a vehicle. An information processing center includes a vehicle monitor part 11 which monitors the vehicle travel state according to the sent vehicle position, an actual result information management part 13 which manages the actual result information based upon the past travel schedules and respective vehicle travel states, a support information generation part 14 which generates support information for supporting the users according to the actual result information, and a support information transmission part 15 which sends the generated support information to the vehicle.</p> |
