HORIZONTAL FIRE-TUBE BOILER

FIELD: heat engineering; heating systems. SUBSTANCE: boiler includes cylindrical shell with end tube sheets; flue tube; swivel chamber and fire tubes are located in shell and are surrounded by water. Boiler is additionally provided with after-burner chamber having lesser area of flow section as compared with fire tube; it is connected by means of swivel gas duct narrowing in way of gas flow at one and at other end it is connected with swivel chamber. Inner surface of after-burner chamber is provided with longitudinal heat-transfer fins. Free end of fire tube together with swivel gas duct and after-burner chamber is mounted movably in longitudinal and horizontal directions. EFFECT: increased heating surface; improved transfer of heat; improved maneuverability of boiler. 3 dwg
