FIELD: biotechnology, in particular, commercial production of biomass for protecting plants from pests. SUBSTANCE: line has bioreactor washing device, drier, unit for preparing artificial nutrient medium on solid carrier, charging device, bioreactor sterilizing device, sterile unit for inoculating nutrient medium with nematodes, growing unit and settler for separating solid carrier from biomass of nematodes in aqueous medium. Biomass suspension is supplied into settling centrifuge for condensing and produced concentrate of biological preparation is delivered to packaging device. Bioreactor is made in the form of vessel with removable cover. Vessel has rectangular section and provided with biofilter disposed under opening in cover for admission of air into vessel. EFFECT: increased efficiency in producing nematode biomass and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 dwg
