PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reduction of surface precision or change in the inside diameter of a bus by temperature rise in operation by press-fitting a bearing wrapping bus to a bearing member after heat treatment, and finishing it into a prescribed dimension by cutting. SOLUTION: In a refrigerant compressor, bearings 12b, 13b receive the loads acting on sliding parts 10b, 10c by the compressing action of a fluid sealed by a fixed scroll 2 and a rotating scroll 3. The bearings 12b, 13b are formed into a wrapping bush by impregnating a resin 21 such as polyimide or polyamide imide containing graphite 20 on the surface of a flat back plate such as iron plate, preferably on a bimetal 19 sintered together with bronze powder followed by baking, and cylindrically molding it. The wrapping bushes or bearings 12b, 13b are pressed into a bearing member 11 followed by heat treatment, and the inner surface is removed by a proper quantity by cutting and finished into a prescribed dimension according to a rotating shaft. Accordingly, the residual stress can be removed to keep the bearing precision. |
