PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding device for a battery pack having a rectangular casing with two vertical walls and two horizontal walls. SOLUTION: This device is provided with two plates 7 stuck to horizontal walls 8 respectively and at least one fastening means of the plates 7, and the fastening means is made of at least one band surrounding vertical walls 10 and the horizontal walls 8 having the plates 7 and closed by itself. At least one of the plates 7 includes at least one recessed housing, and the band matches the shape of the housing.
