PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device for a high-frequency circuit in which the junction impedances can be controlled and a substrate for mounting the device. SOLUTION: A surface mount semiconductor device 1 and a substrate for mounting the device 1 are provided. The signal terminals 12 and 13 of the device 1 have linear shapes extended in twisted directions against the signal lines 51 and 52 of the substrate on which the device 1 is mounted, and the substrate is provided with sticking means which fix the device 1 on the substrate and a plurality of islands 53 and 54 extended in the extended direction of the signal terminals 12 and 13. |
