PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly and quickly image a location of an iris of a person by providing an iris illuminating device constituted so as to irradiate the eyes of the person with light in a fan form and to perform a light location recognition for exactly making an iris image pickup camera moved by recognition information on the person and the iris image pickup images as images. SOLUTION: The vertical directions of a lens 24 and an iris illuminating device 3 are fixed by revolving iris camera body of equipment supports 34, 37 by a tilt motor 26 by positional information of a person location recognition camera, and at the same time, the left and right directions are fixed in position by shaking a mirror 25 in the left and right directions by a pan motor 27. Illumination for the eyes of the recognized person by the iris illuminating device 3 is performed for a light source of the iris camera illuminating device 3 through the lens 24. As the lens 24, a cylindrical lens, a f-θ lens making the light source as a fan-formed pattern or a convex lens which is made into the fan-formed pattern are used. By radially irradiating light in a horizontal direction and irradiating the eyes of the recognized person with light, a method in which a control in the horizontal direction is not required is made. |
