PURPOSE: A solution venting structure is provided to reduce the volume and the weight of the system by setting up the optimum volume of a tank as well as to improve the general performance of the system. CONSTITUTION: A solution tank of an absorbing system is formed by:connecting a strong basic solution inlet(103) to the upper part of a solution tank(101) to vent the strong basic solution to a pump header(102a) of a solution pump(102) when the amount of the strong basic solution is over a certain level after flowing in and storing temporarily the strong basic solution generated by absorbing in an absorber; connecting a strong basic solution outlet(104) to the lower part of the solution tank; and placing an inlet(105) on the lower part of the solution tank(101) by a structure the strong basic solution outlet(104) is inserted to the bottom of the solution tank.
