The invention relates to a waterjet propulsion device for propelling floating or submersible bodies. According to the invention, the waterjet propulsion device is provided with a centrifugal rotor (1) having a lower disk with a convex edge (B), mounted in an annular hollow space inside a stator (3), said hollow space being defined by a solid curve (C), the tangent lines to the curve (C) at the inlet and oulet areas of the annular hollow space having inclination angles close to 180 degree , and the hollow space being divided by some radial walls (4) and downstream connected to a cylinder hollow space (A).
